EyeBreak helps you build the habit of resting your eyes during long screen sessions. 
Based on the 20-20-20 rule recommended by eye care professionals: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
Instead of relying on willpower to remember, EyeBreak gently fades your screen into a soft blur at your chosen interval, with a visible countdown so you know exactly when 20 seconds is up. The blur stays until you confirm you've taken the break.
