About
A unified debugger for advertising and analytics pixel network requests. Instead of installing a separate helper for every ad platform you use, this extension detects, decodes, and lints pixel requests from many vendors in one place — with a shared UI and a shared lint engine. It also works well for Shopify stores. Events fired through a Shopify custom pixel (the sandboxed customer-events API) show up here exactly like any other pixel request, which makes it a practical way to debug checkout and storefront tracking that the standard DevTools network panel cannot easily inspect. — WHAT IT DOES — • Real-time event capture — every detected pixel network request is decoded into a structured event with name, account ID, value, currency, content IDs, advanced matching parameters, and other vendor-specific fields. • Installed-pixel detection — the extension reads runtime globals on the page to list which pixels are installed and their IDs, even before the first event fires. • Per-vendor lint rules — ID format checks, required-parameter presence, ISO-4217 currency validation, duplicate-event detection, and warnings when advanced-matching parameters are sent unhashed. • Performance lint — reads PerformanceResourceTiming for known pixel scripts and flags scripts that finish after loadEventEnd or more than 3 seconds after navigation start. • Compact popup and live side panel — a 360×520 popup groups detected events into collapsible cards per (pixel, account ID) pair. Click any event row to open the side panel with that event pre-selected. The side panel streams events with filter chips, search, pause / clear / issues-only toggles, and a detail drawer showing diagnostics, decoded parameters, and the raw request. • Live dataLayer viewer — surfaces every dataLayer.push, both your own pushes and tag-manager-internal events, without opening DevTools. • JSON copy buttons throughout — every decoded event is one click from your clipboard. — COVERAGE — The extension ships with decoders and lint rules for over 20 advertising, analytics, attribution, and product-analytics vendors. The current list is documented in the project's open-source README, linked from the store listing. — PRIVACY-FIRST — The extension does not collect, transmit, or sell any data. Everything runs locally on your device. Captured events are stored in chrome.storage.session, which Chrome wipes when you close the browser. No telemetry, no remote servers, no cookies set by the extension. See the full privacy policy linked in the store listing.
