Pitchbender shifts your browser's audio from 440 Hz to 432 Hz in real time — −8 Hz, roughly one third of a semitone. Small enough to keep melody and timing intact. Wide enough to change how music feels.

How it works
Pitchbender uses Chrome's Tab Capture API to intercept the full audio output of any tab — YouTube, Spotify Web, Deezer, SoundCloud — and routes it through a SoundTouch AudioWorklet processor running off the main thread. The result is a clean, artifact-free pitch shift with no change to playback speed.

Privacy first
Everything happens locally on your device. Pitchbender makes zero network requests. No telemetry, no analytics, no audio ever leaves your browser.
