North is a free focus and distraction blocker built to make your internet harder to misuse.

Block the sites, feeds, keywords, and short-form content that pull you off track. Set always-on blocks, schedules, or daily time limits. Start focus sessions that temporarily seal distracting sites, or use lockdown mode when you need a stricter boundary.

North can block YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, Snapchat Spotlight, TikTok, adult content, custom websites, and pages matching your own blocked keywords. It also includes focused tools for all major Social Media platforms so you can keep useful parts like search, messages, or jobs while removing the feeds.

When you really need access, North makes you pause first. Unlocks require a short wait and an intentional challenge, so breaking a block has to be a conscious choice instead of a reflex.
