HOW IT SCORES
• Role match — does the headline match your target roles? Understands common abbreviations (ML = machine learning, SWE = software engineer, Sr. = senior).
• Seniority — read from the title, and from real years of experience when a profile is enriched.
• Education — preferred schools, once a profile is enriched on hover.
• Location & mutuals — your target locations and mutual-connection strength.

BUILT TO RESPECT YOUR ACCOUNT
ContactSifter never bulk-scrapes profiles. By default it only reads what's already rendered on the page. Deeper details (location, current company/school) are fetched one profile at a time, only when you hover — human-paced, like normal browsing.
