Instagram Privacy Shutter helps protect your Instagram screen when using Instagram in public places, at school, at work, while commuting, or around other people.

The extension adds a clean Instagram-style popup with privacy toggles for blurring message previews, direct message chat text, profile pictures, usernames, photos, videos, and side panels. It also includes hover reveal, adjustable blur strength, and an Outside Mode preset for stronger privacy.
