MilBudget LES Downloader overview

The MilBudget LES Downloader is a Chrome extension that helps service members move Leave and Earnings Statements from myPay into MilBudget faster.

Instead of manually downloading LES PDFs one at a time, the extension works inside your own browser after you sign in to myPay directly. It can detect available LES statements, download them to your computer, and, if your MilBudget account is connected, sync missing LES files into MilBudget for pay history, budgeting, and audit checks.

The extension is built to stay CAC-safe and privacy-conscious:

- It does not ask for or store your myPay password.
- It does not collect your CAC PIN, MFA codes, or login credentials.
- It does not change anything in myPay.
- It only acts when you choose to download or sync LES files.
- Local downloading stays on your computer.
- MilBudget sync only uploads the LES statements needed for your MilBudget account.

How to use the extension

1. Install the MilBudget LES Downloader Chrome extension.
2. Pin the extension in Chrome so it is easy to open.
3. Sign in to myPay directly in your browser.
4. Go to your LES page in myPay.
5. Open the MilBudget LES Downloader extension.
6. Choose the month range you want, if needed.
7. Click Download all LES to this computer to save your statements locally.
8. To send statements into MilBudget, connect your MilBudget account and click Sync missing LES to MilBudget.
9. MilBudget checks which statements are already saved and uploads only the missing ones.

Local LES downloads are free. Syncing LES files into MilBudget requires a connected MilBudget account and Premium.
