YOU CAN SET YOUR NEW TAB TO

- Internal pages: apps, history, bookmarks, blank page, default new tab, etc
- Any website: youtube.com, github.com, bing.com, etc
- Localhost: localhost:3000, http://127.0.0.1:8080, etc
- Local Files: your own custom HTML file (eg, file:///home/fedora-vm/Documents/my-custom-file.html)

HOW TO USE LOCAL FILES (file://)

Chrome blocks file system access by default. To enable local file usage:
