## Detailed Description
Clone helps developers capture useful context from the webpage they are currently viewing and turn it into a clean CONTEXT.md file for AI coding tools.

What it extracts:
- Tech stack signals from page metadata, scripts, styles, and known fingerprints
- Design tokens such as colors, typography, spacing, borders, and shadows
- Page structure including sections, headings, navigation, and component-like blocks
- Main readable content converted into markdown
- Optional screenshot when the user enables it

What it does not do:
- Does not automatically crawl websites
- Does not run in the background unless you click the extension or shortcut
- Does not upload page content to any server
- Does not require an account, payment, or API key

Typical workflow:
1. Open a webpage you want to study.
2. Click the Clone extension.
3. Choose Extract page context.
4. Download or copy CONTEXT.md.
5. Paste the file into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or another AI coding tool.

Privacy:
Clone processes page data locally in your browser. The extension uses Chrome storage only for local settings and temporary preview data.

Permissions:
- activeTab: lets Clone access the page you explicitly choose.
- storage: stores local settings and preview data.
- downloads: saves CONTEXT.md to your device.
- contextMenus: adds a right-click extraction shortcut.
