Wa AI Pro Lite puts an AI reply assistant right inside WhatsApp Web — so you can answer customers faster without leaving the chat.

Connect your Wa AI Pro workspace and the assistant drafts replies to incoming messages using your own verified business facts (products, pricing, policies). You stay in control: every reply appears in a panel docked in the page where you can Approve, Edit, or Reject it before it sends. Prefer hands-off? Switch to automatic mode once you trust it.

WHAT YOU GET
• Smart reply drafts — each incoming message gets an AI-written reply you can approve, tweak, or discard. Drafts persist even if you refresh the page.
• Three modes — Watch (observe only), Suggest (draft for your review), or Auto (send automatically).
• Grounded in your business — replies use only the facts from your workspace. If something isn't covered, the assistant flags it for a human instead of guessing.
• Replies in the customer's language — automatically.
• Outreach — send a personalized first message to a list of contacts, with randomized delays and a daily limit to keep things measured.
• Activity log — every draft, approval, and send in one place.

HOW TO START
1. Install the extension and open web.whatsapp.com.
2. Click the toolbar icon and sign in with your Wa AI Pro account (you can create one from the popup).
3. Choose a mode. Draft replies appear next to the conversation.
