DSP Recon AI is an automated reconciliation platform for Amazon Delivery Service Partners. This extension is the data-collection layer — it syncs the operator's own Amazon DSP portal data to their DSP Recon AI account so the platform can reconcile settlements, flag billing discrepancies, and generate dispute packages.

WHAT IT DOES

• Payments & deposits — reads payment records from Payee Central so the platform can match Amazon's stated payments against actual bank deposits.

• Invoices — reads invoice metadata and original PDFs from logistics.amazon.com so the platform can attribute discrepancies to the correct invoice and surface unrecovered amounts on closed-window invoices.

• Fleet — reads daily fleet inventory and vehicle data so the platform can reconcile fleet invoice charges against actual vehicle counts and AFS eligibility.

• Work Summary — reads route and package counts from the Work Summary Tool so the platform can verify settlement variable pay against delivered volume.

• Performance scorecard — reads weekly performance metrics so the platform can correlate scorecard standing with incentive pay.

• Logistics Support Central — reads support case history so the platform can track open cases alongside disputes.

• Dispute assistant — when the operator opens an invoice that has flagged discrepancies, a side panel appears with the dispute reason, dispute amount, and a pre-generated narrative the operator can copy into Amazon's dispute form.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

• It does not read your Amazon password, MFA codes, or session cookies.
• It does not auto-submit disputes without operator action.
• It does not read or transmit data from any website other than payeecentral.amazon.com, logistics.amazon.com, and dspreconai.com.
• It does not collect personal information, location, browsing history, keystrokes, or communications.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in to your DSP Recon AI account at dspreconai.com.
2. Generate an extension token from the dashboard and paste it into this extension's popup.
3. Visit the Amazon DSP portal pages you normally use. Data is read in the background and synced to your DSP Recon AI account.
4. Review discrepancies, deposit mismatches, and recovery opportunities on your dashboard.
