Every prompt you send to Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini comes with a few seconds of waiting. Meanwhile uses that idle time to offer a quiet, optional stretch — a neck roll, a shoulder release, a long exhale — and disappears the moment your AI response is ready.

A subtle overlay appears while the AI is generating. Follow along if you want, ignore it if you don't. When the response arrives, it's gone.
