  WHY BIGCOMMERCE MERCHANTS NEED THIS
  
  BigCommerce's default schema output through Stencil themes covers the
  basics — Product, Offer, AggregateRating — but coverage varies by theme
  and by which product fields you've actually populated. Cornerstone-based
  themes ship reasonable defaults; custom themes and older Blueprint
  themes often miss recommended fields like brand, sku, gtin, mpn, or
  priceValidUntil. Apps that inject their own schema (review apps,
  Q&A apps, FAQ apps) can introduce duplicates or invalid nodes that

  irrelevant warnings. The detection looks for BigCommerce's signature
  fingerprints (the BCData runtime global, BigCommerce CDN hosts at
  cdn11.bigcommerce.com and similar, the BigCommerce generator meta
  tag, BigCommerce DNS prefetch hints) before scanning.
