    Atlas reads the Salesforce incident currently open in your tab and surfaces what matters for closing it correctly:
  
    • Incident State (14-field WRAP UP template, QA-aligned) you can copy-paste into the SF case note
    • Closure-field recommendations with confidence dots — high/medium/needs review — and full picklist definitions on click
    • Recommended next action based on case context (payout pending, pro non-responsive, third-party report, etc.)
    • File manager assistance — finds and classifies evidence across Salesforce tabs (Files, related Cases, File Manager Lightning tab)
    • Verbatim Knowledge Article snippets — 280 decision-point references across ~29 source KAs, no paraphrasing
  
    The specialist owns every decision. Atlas does not auto-close cases, does not send emails, and does not transmit data off-device (no LLM calls in pilot — gated behind a feature flag for the post-pilot scale form).
  
    Settings are stored locally via chrome.storage. The "Copy Session Log" button is the only data-export path, and it's manual per case.
