How it works

Install the extension and open Gmail.
Open an email or thread.
Click the extension icon (or panel button) to open the summary panel.
Enter and save your Gemini or Azure OpenAI key once.
Pick a summary mode; the AI processes the visible email content and returns structured output.
Copy or refine the results as needed.
Privacy & data handling

Reads only the Gmail tab you are viewing when you activate a summary.
No server-side storage; API key and preferences stay locally in Chrome storage.
Email content is sent only to the model endpoint you configure (Gemini or your Azure OpenAI resource).
No analytics, tracking, or ad tech.
Remove all data anytime: clear the key in settings or uninstall.
Permissions rationale
