GarminWO Extension lets you import training sessions into Garmin Connect by simply taking a photo or screenshot of your workout plan or by loading a JSON's file.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Configure your Gemini OR Anthropic API key
2. Go to your Garmin Connect Workouts page
3. Click the "📸 Import via image" button next to "Create workout"
3.1. Drop your photo or Garmin JSON file
or
3.2 Right clic on selected text and "Send To GarminWO"
4. AI identifies all exercises — select your session and import!

📝 Import from text — Select any workout plan text on any web page, right-click → "Send to GarminWO", and the AI extracts and imports the session.
📂 Import from JSON — Drag and drop a Garmin Connect JSON export to duplicate or transfer a workout instantly, no AI call needed.
🗑️ Bulk delete — Check multiple workouts directly in your Garmin Connect list and delete them all at once.
🖱️ Right-click anywhere — Right-click any image or selected text on any web page to send it directly to GarminWO.
🆓 Free to use — Powered by Google Gemini (1500 free requests/day) or Anthropic Claude (~$0.01 per analysis).
🔒 Privacy first — No backend server. Your API key is stored locally. Images and text are sent directly to the AI API, never to a third-party server.
