About
OpsKey is a Raycast-style command palette inside Chrome, built for DevOps, IT, and engineering users who live between the terminal and the browser. Press ⌘⇧K (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+K (Windows/Linux) on any page. Type a command. Press Enter. That's the entire workflow. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ FIVE COMMAND TYPES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • URL — jump to dashboards, runbooks, internal consoles • HTTP — fire webhooks, trigger deploys, OR fetch data with full response viewer (GET/POST/PUT/PATCH/DELETE, headers, JSON body, pretty-printed responses) • Copy — predefined text snippets, one keystroke away • Clipboard history — every copy in Chrome auto-saves, pin what matters, search across it all (⌘⇧V) • Screenshot — capture the current tab to clipboard or download as PNG. The palette auto-hides for the capture, so screenshots are clean. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ KEYBOARD-FIRST ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Open with a shortcut • Tab cycles modes • Arrow keys navigate • Enter runs • Esc closes • No mouse required ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRIVATE BY DEFAULT ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Your commands and clipboard history live in chrome.storage.local on your machine. No account, no server, no telemetry. Learn more at https://ops-key.com. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY WE REQUEST <all_urls> ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Two reasons: (1) the palette needs to open on any website, and (2) HTTP commands target URLs YOU configure. We never send data anywhere except where your commands explicitly tell us to. Built for engineers. Homepage: https://ops-key.com
