🔸 URL Handling

Bulk URL Opener is designed to reduce friction when working with raw lists of links. If a pasted line already includes a protocol such as `https://`, it is used as-is. If a link is pasted without a protocol, the extension automatically adds `https://` before opening it. Empty lines are ignored, making it easy to paste messy lists and still work efficiently.
