⚙️ How It Works

On first install, Arkhon downloads a compact local AI model (~700MB) and stores it in your browser. After that, it works fully offline — no internet connection needed, no data ever leaves your device.

The model stays warm in the background so responses are fast after setup.


🆚 Why Local AI?

Most AI browser extensions quietly send your browsing activity to an external server — OpenAI, Anthropic, or the extension maker's own backend. Arkhon has no backend to send it to. The AI is entirely yours.
