About

Every AI has a memory problem. You explain your project to ChatGPT, switch to Claude, and start from scratch. You build great context in one tool and lose it the moment you move to another.
ContextBridge fixes this. It's a persistent project memory that lives in your browser and travels with you to every AI you use.
────────────────────────
WHAT IT DOES
────────────────────────

Organise your work into projects
Create named projects for anything — a startup idea, a trip, a coding project, a research topic. Each one keeps its own separate memory. Switch between them in a single click.
Save with one click on any AI site
A small floating button sits in the corner of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. Highlight any useful text — a decision, a fact, a snippet of code, an answer — and click it. Saved instantly.
Memory that writes and updates itself
Every snippet you save is automatically distilled into a clean, structured memory for that project. It doesn't just pile up notes — it merges new information into what's already there, updates facts that have changed, and drops what's outdated. Your memory always reflects the current state of the project, not a log of everything ever said.
Carry your context to any AI
Click any of the four quick-launch buttons. Your project memory is silently copied to your clipboard as the new tab opens. Paste it in and the AI instantly has full context — no re-explaining, no starting over.

────────────────────────
HOW THE MEMORY IS STRUCTURED
────────────────────────
Every project memory is kept in a clean, predictable format:

Goal — what you're trying to achieve
Facts & Decisions — the key information, latest version only
Current State — where things stand right now
Open / Pending — unresolved questions and next steps

────────────────────────
THE WORKFLOW, IN 4 STEPS
────────────────────────

Save — highlight text on any AI, click the button
Build — your memory updates automatically in the background
Copy — click a quick-launch button (context is auto-copied)
Paste — Ctrl+V in the new AI; full context, zero re-explaining

────────────────────────
WORKS ON
────────────────────────
ChatGPT · Claude · Gemini · Perplexity
Capture button and quick-launch on all four.
────────────────────────
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
────────────────────────

Works across every AI — not locked to a single platform like one tool's built-in memory or projects feature
You control what gets saved — only the text you select; nothing is scraped automatically
Smart merging, not stacking — your memory stays clean and current instead of becoming a growing pile of notes
Survives site redesigns — because it never reads the page automatically, it doesn't break when a site updates its layout
Private by default — all project data stays on your device; only the snippets you save are sent to an external API to be summarised

────────────────────────
WHO IT'S FOR
────────────────────────
Anyone who uses more than one AI and is tired of repeating themselves — builders, researchers, students, founders, and power users who switch tools constantly.
Install ContextBridge, save one snippet, and never start from scratch again.
