MEDPOV Seabird DB is a professional offline question-bank viewer for maritime CBT, CES and New Bank study content.

The extension provides a compact and fast MEDPOV-style interface for reviewing encrypted local question-bank data after license activation. Users can browse CBT, CES and New Bank questions, search across questions and answers, filter by source or category, view correct answers, add bookmarks, and save local notes for study preparation.
