About
A quick way to check a web page for accessibility problems, right in your browser. Open the side panel, run a scan, and AUDITSU Web Scanner checks the page you're on against common accessibility standards (WCAG and EN 301 549). It groups what it finds into plain-English categories, so you get a readable summary instead of a wall of error codes. Click any finding to highlight the element it's pointing at. What you get • A scan against WCAG or EN 301 549. You pick your standard (default: WCAG 2.1 AA) • Findings sorted into clear categories rather than raw rule names • A split between "to fix" (things it's confident are problems) and "to review" (things it can't judge on its own) • Click-to-highlight, so you can see exactly what each finding refers to • Extra views for reading order, heading and landmark structure, and a live contrast checker What it won't do This is a starting point, not a full audit. Automated checks catch some accessibility issues but miss plenty that only a person can spot, and the percentage they catch is genuinely modest. It can't certify that a page is compliant, and on some pages, heavy single-page apps, unusual setups, it may not be able to check everything. Treat the results as a guide, then have a human look at the rest. The platform at auditsu.com provides you with a clear audit walkthrough for web in its free plan. Stays on your device The scan runs locally in your browser. The page is read on your machine to run the check and nothing is sent anywhere, stored, or tracked. No account or sign-up needed. Free to use, from the team at AUDITSU.
