■ How to Use

1. Install the extension and refresh any Claude.ai chat page.
2. Drag the widget to your preferred location.
3. Monitor the "Current Session" gauge (Safe < 20k, Warn < 40k, Danger 50k+).
4. If the gauge reaches Warning or Danger, use "Copy Summary Prompt" to condense your progress, save the session to a group, and start a fresh chat to save tokens.
