⌘K Command Palette

Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) anywhere in Xero to open a searchable list of 27+ screens.

• Bank Reconciliation → type "rec" → Enter
• New Invoice → type "inv" → Enter
• Chart of Accounts → type "chart" → Enter
• Aged Receivables → type "aged" → Enter
• Any report, contact, or settings page — just type it

No more: Dashboard → Accounting → Bank Accounts → Reconcile. Just press ⌘K and go.

Bank Reconciliation Keyboard Shortcuts

Stop reaching for your mouse on every single transaction.

↑ / ↓ — Navigate between transactions
M — Match to existing transaction
C — Create new transaction
T — Transfer between accounts
D — Mark for discussion
