About

The main purpose of this extension is to reduce eye strain caused by predominantly white web sites. If you find that using certain websites makes your eyes uncomfortable then this extension should help you.

Dull Mode does not apply a true 'dark mode' - instead it simply reduces the brightness of webpages.

Options:
You can choose how dark you want the webpages to be.
You can also easily exclude specific webpages.

Known Issues:
─────────
Dull Mode is not always able to adjust dynamically added web page content.

Google locks down certain web pages for security reasons.
This means that Dull Mode does not work with the following webpages:
● New (empty) Chrome tabs
● chromewebstore.google.com (ironically)
● chrome.google.com
But Dull Mode does work on Google Search, Drive and Docs.
