    description
TabGlance is a polished, keyboard-driven tab switcher for Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Vivaldi, Opera, Arc).

Three interaction modes, each tuned for a different rhythm:

    ⚡ CYCLE MODE — ⌘⇧E (Mac) / Ctrl+Shift+E (Win/Linux)
Hold the modifier, tap the shortcut to cycle through tabs in most-recently-used order. Release to switch. Arc-style hold-and-release flow.

    🔍 SEARCH MODE — ⌘⇧P / Ctrl+Shift+P
Spotlight-style persistent overlay with a search input. Type to filter by title or URL, arrow keys to navigate, Enter to switch.

    ⚡⚡ QUICK SWAP — ⌥Q / Alt+Q
No UI. Instantly switches to your previous tab. Use it as a one-keystroke "alt-tab for browser tabs".

    KEY FEATURES

    • Thumbnail grid — see real screenshots of your tabs, not just favicons
    • MRU ordering — your most recent tabs always come first
    • Persistent thumbnail cache — survives browser restart, keyed by URL
    • Smart settle engine — captures clean screenshots even on SPA pages by waiting for DOM mutations, LCP, and layout shifts to all quiet down
    • Two-layer fallback — beautiful palette tiles with letter monograms for tabs we couldn't capture (chrome:// pages, never-activated background tabs)
    • Dark mode — auto-adapts via prefers-color-scheme
    • Bilingual UI — English + 简体中文
