RTLify makes the entire web friendlier to read in Arabic and Hebrew.

Unlike extensions that only support a fixed list of AI sites, RTLify works on
*every* website. It scans each page for Arabic or Hebrew text and flips just
those elements to right-to-left, leaving English content, code blocks, form
fields, and tabular numbers exactly the way the site designed them.

Permissions
===========
• "Read and change all your data on all websites" — required for an extension
  that styles arbitrary websites. RTLify only reads the page's text to decide
  whether to flip it; page contents are not transmitted.
• "Storage" — to remember your on/off setting, per-site preferences, and
  (if you activate one) the license key for this browser.
• "activeTab" — to show the "elements flipped" count for the visible tab.

What gets sent off-device
=========================
RTLify is local-first. The only network calls the extension makes are to
rtlify.app to (a) activate a license key the first time you enter one,
(b) periodically check that the key has not been revoked, and (c) report
crash-free version pings so we can support the right Chrome builds. Page
contents are never transmitted.
