⚙️ WORKFLOWS

Every capture goes somewhere specific. The built-in Quick Capture workflow handles most saves out of the box. Create your own to route content to any database with custom property mapping: research, job leads, design inspiration.

Domain rules let Filed pick the right workflow automatically based on the site. Note templates with variables ({title}, {date}, {author}) pre-fill the Notes field when the panel opens.

Reviewed: open the side panel to add notes, tags, and blocks before saving. Unfinished captures survive tab reloads and browser restarts, your draft is restored automatically.


🔍 DUPLICATE DETECTION

Before saving a URL, Filed checks your save history. If the page was saved before, an inline card shows when and links to the Notion entry. Save again or skip: no silent duplicates.


🔗 MULTIPLE WORKSPACES

Connect more than one Notion workspace. Switch between them directly from the toolbar, no trip to Settings.


🔒 PRIVACY

Your content never touches Filed's servers. Not a policy, a technical constraint. Articles, highlights, quotes, and screenshots are processed in your browser and sent directly to Notion's API.

Filed collects only anonymous, aggregated counts of capture types (for example "+1 article saved"). No content, no URLs, no personal data.
