About
StackShot is a simple, focused screenshot tool for Chrome. Two buttons, two jobs: Capture visible area — instantly captures exactly what's visible in your current browser viewport, nothing more. Capture full page (by screens) — scrolls the page from top to bottom and takes a separate screenshot at each viewport-height step. Instead of one giant, hard-to-use stitched image, you get a clean stack of individual PNGs, each one exactly the size of your screen. All screenshots save automatically as PNG files into a "StackShot" folder inside your regular Downloads folder — no accounts, no cloud uploads, no setup. StackShot doesn't collect, store, or transmit any of your data. Everything happens locally in your browser.
