FoodRef tells you what 11 different diet philosophies — keto, vegan, Mediterranean, paleo, DASH, carnivore, GLP-1, low-FODMAP, and more — think about any food or recipe you find online.

Highlight any food name, ingredient list, or full recipe on any webpage. Click the FoodRef button that appears, or right-click and choose "Look up on FoodRef." A scorecard pops up with:

- An aggregate score from 1 to 10
- A controversy index that shows how much the diets disagree
- A row for each of the 11 diets with its individual score and a one-line rationale

Most "is this healthy" tools give you one answer. Real life isn't one answer. Ribeye is keto-perfect and vegan-impossible. A quinoa bowl is celebrated by Mediterranean and rejected by carnivore. FoodRef shows you the disagreement — because the disagreement is the truth.
