2️⃣	Input IG post or reel URL.
3️⃣	Click "Start Dwonloading Comment"  and Download the resulting CSV/Excel/Json file once parsing completes.

🌐	If IG limits are reached, the extension switches to Cooldown mode, showing remaining wait time.
🌐	Subsequent requests are automatically retried; cooldown periods double if limit persists.
🌐	Once the limit is cleared, normal operation resumes.
