About

Blocka is a lightweight, open-source browser extension designed to help you stay focused by blocking distracting websites with as little setup as possible.

Block the current site directly from the popup. When you visit a blocked site, Blocka replaces it with a clean blocked screen and a short motivational message.

Unblocking is intentionally harder than blocking. Instead of a single click, Blocka requires you to type a confirmation phrase before a site is restored. If you repeatedly block and unblock the same site, the confirmation phrase becomes longer over time, up to a fixed limit. This adds helpful friction without turning the experience into punishment.
