HowToPose Pose Starter helps you build pose prompts fast from ready-made pose presets and optional custom notes.

Open the side panel, choose a pose preset, add extra notes for framing, hands, gaze, or crop, and generate a cleaner prompt in one click.

Use it to:
- start from practical pose anchors
- add custom pose direction
- copy the final prompt quickly
- continue in HowToPose.ai when you want the full workflow

Current presets include front stand, side profile, arms crossed, hands in pockets, natural seated, and over-shoulder.

This extension works only inside its own side panel. It does not edit webpages, read page content, or track browsing activity.
