UMAI Bridge

About

UMAI Bridge keeps your TheFork reservations and your UMAI 360 floor in sync without leaving Chrome.

How it works:

- You stay logged in to TheFork Manager and UMAI 360 in your normal Chrome tabs.
- The extension reads visible reservation rows from TheFork (date, time, party size, guest contact, status).
- The UMAI Bridge coordinator decides what should happen next (create, update, ignore) and the extension applies the decision inside your UMAI 360 tab, just like a manual click.
- Every action is logged so your team can audit what was synced and what was skipped.

Built-in controls:

- Dry run mode shows the planned changes without writing anything.
- Manual live run only writes when you press the button.
- Optional auto-cron runs the sync every N minutes when your computer is idle.
- Pause and resume preserve pending decisions if you navigate away mid-sync.
- A global and per-client kill switch on the server lets your operations team stop sync without an extension update.

Privacy:

- No remote code: all logic ships inside the extension package.
- The coordinator only receives minimized reservation metadata needed for sync decisions.
- Guest names and raw reservation text stay out of the audit log by default (RGPD aligned).
- The extension never reads or stores your TheFork or UMAI password; you authenticate inside your own browser tabs.

UMAI Bridge is built for restaurants that already use UMAI 360 and TheFork together. To use it you need an UMAI Partner ID and a client token from your UMAI Customer Success contact.
