vidi uses a tiny invisible tracking pixel — industry standard, same method used by virtually every email marketing platform. No email content is ever read or stored. Your data stays yours.

➤ Accurate reads, not false alarms
A green tick should mean a person actually read your email. vidi filters out corporate security scanners (Proofpoint, Microsoft SafeLinks and similar) that auto-open links — so a scanner never turns your tick green. It also suppresses your own opens, so previewing your own sent mail never counts as a read.

➤ Honest about Apple Mail
Apple's Mail Privacy Protection auto-loads images on millions of devices, which fools most trackers into reporting fake "reads." vidi recognises these auto-loads and doesn't count them as a genuine open — so you're not chasing ghosts.

➤ Real-time open notifications
Get a browser notification the second your email is opened, including the city it was read in. You follow up at the right moment — when interest is fresh — not three days into silence.

➤ Nothing added to your email
No signature. No "sent with" badge. No read-receipt request your recipient has to accept. Your email looks exactly as you wrote it. The tracking is invisible to them and visible only to you.
