About

Stop opening social media and video sites on autopilot. KitsuneLock adds a calm breathing pause before distracting sites giving you a moment to decide if you really want to scroll.

HOW IT WORKS
- Visit a managed site and a gentle breathing exercise appears (3–15 seconds)
- See your stats: how many times you visited today, time spent, and how often you chose to go back
- Two buttons: "Continue to site" or "Go back to work"
- No hard blocking, just enough friction to break the autopilot habit

BREAK MODE
- Taking a break? Tap 15m / 30m / 60m — protection pauses and auto-resumes
Quick ON/OFF toggle when you need full freedom

SCHEDULE
-Set your work hours (e.g. Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00)
Outside scheduled hours, sites load normally, no interruptions on your own time

FOCUS SESSIONS
- Need zero distractions? Start a 30/60/120 min focus session
- Sites are hard-blocked until the timer ends, no "Continue" option
- Completion screen celebrates your win

PROGRESS TRACKING
- Per-site stats: visits, time spent, and "intention rate" (how often you chose to go back)
- Contribution-style heatmap shows your daily focus streaks
- Configurable friction levels per site: Light (3s), Medium (7s), Heavy (15s)

CUSTOMIZABLE
- Add or remove sites from the managed list
- Set friction level per site
- Export and import your data
