ShowingPrep is a Chrome extension that generates a complete client briefing from any property listing page in about 60 seconds.
WHAT IT DOES
Open any property listing on your MLS portal or a real estate search site. Press Command+Shift+B on Mac or Ctrl+Shift+B on Windows. ShowingPrep reads the listing data from the page and generates a briefing containing:
— Recent comparable sales from public listing data
— A cover photo from the listing (optional, remove with one click)
— AI-generated talking points matched to your buyer's priorities, must-haves, and dealbreakers
— A budget alert if the listing exceeds your buyer's stated maximum
BUYER PROFILES
Store a profile for each of your active buyers capturing their budget range, minimum bedrooms, timeline, must-haves, and dealbreakers. ShowingPrep matches every property against your selected buyer's profile automatically.
ONE-CLICK EMAIL
After generating, tap Open in email client and ShowingPrep pre-fills an email to your buyer with the briefing content and your contact details.
HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Click Add to Chrome above
2. Click the ShowingPrep icon in your Chrome toolbar
3. Create a free Eave account — no API key or credit card required
4. Open any property listing page
5. Press Command+Shift+B or Ctrl+Shift+B

SUPPORTED PLATFORMS
ShowingPrep works on all major web-based MLS portals and real estate search sites. If listing data is visible on the page, ShowingPrep can read it.

PRIVACY
Listing data from the active page is sent to our server to generate the briefing. Buyer profile data is stored locally on your device. Cover photos are referenced by URL only and never stored on our servers. Full privacy policy at heyeave.com/privacy-showingprep.
