X Notifications Limiter

X Notifications Limiter helps reduce distraction by limiting access to X/Twitter notifications.

By default, it allows you to check notifications once every 3 hours for a 2-minute viewing window. Outside that window, the extension hides the Notifications sidebar link and blocks direct notification-page access with a clean reminder screen.
