TabTether is a small Chrome productivity extension for anyone who opens a tab with a purpose, gets pulled away, and later wonders what the tab was supposed to be for.

Every new tab starts with one focused question: “What is this tab for?” Type a tiny reason, save it, and TabTether keeps that reason visible in the tab title while the new tab page is open. When you need context later, open the toolbar popup to see the current tab’s saved reason and your recent local reason history.
