ClientCoded changes that. One click runs a real conversation between your AI chat agent and a synthetic visitor — a high-intent buyer, a hostile objector, a frustrated customer, or 9 other personas — then scores the agent across 6 dimensions in 90 seconds.

WHAT IT DOES

- Detects AI chat widgets on the current page (currently: ClientCoded, Intercom, HubSpot — more coming)
- Generates a believable synthetic visitor with name, company, role, and backstory
- Types into the live chat widget like a real person
- Reads the agent's replies, generates the next message, and continues for up to 8 turns
- Produces a full scorecard rating 6 dimensions tuned to whether your agent is sales-focused or support-focused
- Opens the scorecard in a new tab so you can review and share it

TWO MODES: SALES AND SUPPORT

Sales agents are scored on: qualification accuracy, objection handling, tone calibration, guardrail compliance, conversation flow, outcome correctness.

Support agents are scored on: resolution accuracy, empathy & tone, escalation handling, knowledge accuracy, conversation efficiency, follow-through.

The extension auto-routes to the right rubric based on the persona you pick.

USAGE NOTES

You must have authorization to test the AI agent on a given site. The extension requires you to confirm this before every test. Synthetic visitors use clearly-fake names and @synthetic-test.invalid email addresses to prevent CRM pollution.
