PowerPTC is a smart Parent-Teacher conference scheduling solution designed for schools and other educational institutions. PowerPTC takes the hassle out of scheduling guardians and teachers for Parent-Teacher Conferences.  This product helps to improve communication between your district and your community and increase your community involvement with your organization.  

PowerPTC will work with nearly any Student Information System (including Pearson Powerschool, Skyward, etc). PowerPTC can automatically build a schedule for a parent based on the shortest total time, shortest walking distance between appointments, and a number of other factors, making PowerPTC the smartest solution available!

From a parent's perspective PowerPTC is easy and fast Parent-Teacher conference scheduling and includes a simple and modern web user interface that looks great on a desktop or mobile device.  Our scheduler will prioritize schedule creation by location to minimize parent walking/travel within your building(s).  Parents have the ability to automatically schedule with a single click of a button.  PowerPTC includes support for parents with multiple students in district, requiring only a single account.  At the time of scheduling, parents are even able to view student’s grades, absences, and more.

From a district's perspective, PowerPTC fosters parental involvement and increases attendance for your Parent-Teacher conferences.  PowerPTC also reduces staff time required to support parent-teacher conferences.
