GuideRail is a HubSpot SOP enforcement tool that helps revenue operations teams ensure CRM data quality without nagging their reps.

What it does:

• Displays a sidebar on every HubSpot record page showing exactly which Guide steps are complete and which are missing
• Validates CRM properties in real-time as reps work — no waiting for batch reports
• Shows a "My Violations" tab listing every record you own that has incomplete data, with one-click navigation to fix each one
• Colour-coded step indicators: green for complete, red for violations, so reps instantly see what needs attention

How it works:

Your HubSpot admin creates Guides (SOPs) in the GuideRail web app at getguiderail.com
Each Guide defines required properties per object type (contacts, companies, deals, tickets)
Install this extension and enter your organisation's API key
A sidebar appears on every HubSpot record showing compliance status in real-time
